Niels Langereis Advisory, Baarn, the Netherlands, is responsible for the personal data processed through this website. Questions or requests go to mail@nielslangereis.com.
The legal basis is your consent (newsletter) and my legitimate interest in answering a message you chose to send (contact form). I do not sell or share your data, and I do not use it for profiling.
The site is hosted on Netlify, which also receives the form submissions. Netlify is based in the United States and processes data under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. If I use a separate mailing service for the newsletter, it works for me under a data processing agreement.
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no analytics. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with them when the page loads.
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your question, and at most two years after our last contact. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email me and I will respond within a month. If you are unhappy with how I handle it, you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
